Sean, a now-square ex-punk rocker, has moved next door to teen Anastasia and her parents. The rebellious, bratty Anastasia is a big fan of Sean’s old band The Rough Moans, and she breaks into his house to snoop through his punk relics and records. Sean is annoyed when he catches her, but she’s so excited to get a glimpse of the once-famous rocker that she begs to suck his cock.
