The plumbing is acting up again and Kate has no better idea than to call over the handsome neighbor guy, Maximo for help. Maximo always had a thing for damsels in distress, but in his eagerness to repair the pipes he gets his attire all wet. He surely can’t go back home like this, so following Kate’s advice, he takes off his clothes to dry which proves to be a big mistake.
